Tracy Perez helps her clients shed burdensome debt by navigating them through the bankruptcy process or debt settlement negotiations. She is experienced in Chapter 7 liquidations, Chapter 13 reorganizations, and bankruptcy litigation. While consumer debtor work is the majority of her practice, she also handles creditor rights matters. Tracy’s practice further includes civil litigation.
Tracy was born in Tucson and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, she returned to Tucson to attend law school at the University of Arizona.
Tracy began practicing law in 1991. Her early years as an attorney were spent representing primarily Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees and creditors. In 2002, she transitioned to a consumer debtor practice and gained a new perspective on the many benefits of a fresh start. Tracy is passionate about assisting clients in solving problems and improving their lives.
Tracy is the proud parent of two grown sons and enjoys coming home to a tail-wagging Labrador Retriever at the end of the work day. When not busy serving her clients, she likes to spend time outdoors biking, hiking, and traveling to new places.
